Request data deletion
Effective September 22, 2026
You can request deletion of personal information held in DriveMatch, including data received from a Facebook lead form. You do not need a DriveMatch account to make a request.
Send a request
- Email info@onespec.io with the subject “DriveMatch data deletion request.”
- Tell us whether you are a person who submitted a lead, a DriveMatch account holder, or an authorized dealership representative.
- Provide the email address or phone number associated with the record and the dealership or Facebook Page name, if known. For a lead submission, an approximate submission date can help us locate it.
- Explain what you want deleted: a lead submission, your customer information, your account, or a dealership's connected-Page data. You can also request access or correction through this contact.
Send only the details needed to identify the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card numbers, or identity-document copies in your initial email. We may request limited additional verification through an appropriate channel before changing records.
What happens next
We review the request, verify identity or authority where necessary, and locate the relevant information. If the data belongs to a dealership workspace, we coordinate with the dealership where needed to act on the request. You may also contact the dealership directly.
We delete information that can be removed and explain any records we must retain, the reason, and any further action needed. Applicable legal requirements, security investigations, or the rights of others can affect what may be deleted. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires and are restricted from ordinary use. We respond through the contact channel you provide, within applicable legal time limits.
You can request a status update by replying to the same email conversation. The initial email requests a review; it does not immediately or automatically delete data.
Removing Facebook access
You can also remove DriveMatch through your Facebook account's connected business integrations settings. This revokes access through that authorization; it does not automatically erase records already imported into DriveMatch. Deleting DriveMatch-held data does not delete copies independently held in Meta's tools, the dealership's other systems, or a separate service. Contact the relevant organization for those copies.
