Terms of service

The service

DriveMatch provides customer records, communications, follow-up tools, and related dealership features. Its Facebook integration lets an administrator connect authorized Pages, select lead forms, and route new submissions to a staff member. Availability depends on the features configured for the organization and the permissions granted by the connected services.

DriveMatch does not act as a vehicle seller or lender through this software. Vehicle offers, financing decisions, customer advice, and sales agreements remain the responsibility of the dealership and the relevant providers.

Accounts and authorized access

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and business assets you are authorized to access. Administrators are responsible for staff access, Page/form selections, and lead routing. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or connection has been compromised.

Do not attempt to access another organization's data, bypass access controls, introduce malicious content, or interfere with the service. Do not connect another person's Page or collect their leads without authority.

Customer data and communications

Your organization remains responsible for the customer information it supplies or collects, the notices and permissions required for that collection, and its staff's use of the information. You authorize DriveMatch to process that information as needed to provide and secure the features you use, as described in the privacy policy.

A lead submission or Page connection is not blanket permission to send marketing. Confirm the permission required for each communication, respect opt-outs, and follow applicable laws and platform rules. Review recipients and message content before sending or enabling an automation.

Facebook and other integrations

Meta and other providers have their own terms, permission requirements, availability, and review processes. You must comply with the terms applicable to the services you connect. An integration can stop working if access is revoked, a token expires, a provider changes its service, or a required approval is unavailable.

Administrators can disconnect Facebook in Team → Facebook leads. Disconnecting stops new imports; previously imported records remain in DriveMatch until separately deleted. It does not cancel a DriveMatch subscription or delete information independently held by Meta.

Review of automated assistance

AI-generated drafts, summaries, and suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Staff must review relevant details before relying on them, contacting a customer, or making a business decision. The service does not guarantee a vehicle match, a sale, credit approval, or uninterrupted delivery from third-party systems.

Subscriptions and ending access

Prices, included usage, renewal, and cancellation conditions are those disclosed in the applicable order, checkout, or subscription agreement. These terms do not create an additional charge or replace an existing written commercial agreement.

We may restrict access where necessary to respond to unauthorized use, a security incident, non-payment under the applicable agreement, or a legal or platform requirement. Contact us about account closure, export assistance, or a data-deletion request. Ending access does not itself erase records that must be retained for a legitimate, disclosed reason.

Changes and contact

The effective date identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
